Role Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Agent, you have the responsibility to provide our guests with the best hospitality experience by assisting them efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times:

  • Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
  • Promptly and effectively address guest concerns or issues, ensuring all are resolved to satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow all cash handling procedures.
  • Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns.
  • Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance.
  • Be familiar with hotel safety and emergency procedures.

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience with hotel reservation software
  • Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, such as Booking.com and TripAdvisor
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
