Job Description

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lee's Summit is currently hiring for Front Desk positions. The ideal candidate will have prior hotel front desk experience and must be familiar with the Opera PMS system. Guest service skills, multitasking, and phone etiquette are essential. A friendly, team-oriented personality with a focus on guest experience is key. The shifts currently available are 3-11 pm, including weekends and holidays, but there is flexibility for other shifts. Night Audit (11 pm - 7 am) availability is a plus, with some shifts available for vacations or requests off.
