Candlewood Suites in Farmers Branch, TX is searching for Part Time/Full Time Front Desk Agents. We are located off Highway 635 W and Luna Road and operate as a limited‑service Extended Stay hotel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and brand goals.
• Handle check‑ins and check‑outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel.
• Accurately process all cash and credit‑card transactions in accordance with established procedures, including posting all charges, completing cashier and other reports, preparing deposits, and counting/securing assigned bank.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills – guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you must be easy to talk to.
• Flexibility – night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories.
• Experience – ideally, you have spent at least one year in a front desk or guest‑service position; preference for Opera PMS knowledge.
• Ability to work well in stressful, high‑pressure situations.
