Dallas Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and support pre-registration and reservation blocking. You will post charges accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain familiarity with daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in/out promptly and professionally; assist in pre-registration and blocking reservations.
• Post all charges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions.
• Manage cash handling including receiving payments and making change.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and handling of each.
• Take same-day reservations and follow cancellation/ relocation procedures.
