Our Company: Schulte Hospitality Group is a division of Schulte Companies, a leading third-party management company with multi-generational experience in hospitality. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival, focusing on personal recognition
  • Review arrival lists daily and prepare welcome amenities
  • Escort VIPs to their rooms and check them in prior to arrival
  • Answer the phone promptly with a smile, answer questions, or transfer calls as needed
  • Manage cash bank, perform cash drops, and report discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with lobby activation as needed
  • Handle guest PPI data properly
  • Follow check-in/check-out procedures, verifying identification and payment methods
  • Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in front desk operations
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk procedures
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exceed guest and team expectations
  • Excellent time management skills

The hiring process may include a phone interview, manager interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and an employment assessment. PTO is available per company policy. Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview.
