As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, playing a pivotal role in shaping their experience. Whether you're welcoming an excited family embarking on their vacation, assisting a business traveler seeking a smooth check-in, or helping a guest in need of personal assistance, your warm and genuine hospitality will set the tone for their stay. This position offers an opportunity to shine in a fast-paced, interactive environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Make a First Impression: Deliver a great hospitality experience with a welcoming personality, whether in person or by phone.
  • Make a Lasting Impression: Inquire about the guest's stay during check-out, show genuine care, and listen to any complaints or problems.
  • Enjoy Problem Solving: Assist guests with luggage, directions, restaurant recommendations, or resolving issues like lost luggage or cold showers.
  • Be Accountable: Handle cash or credit transactions, route calls, take messages, and meet guest needs accurately and efficiently.
  • Be a Safety & Security Agent: Follow hotel safety policies, anticipate problems, and call management as needed.

Job Requirements

This role requires good verbal and written English communication skills, proficiency with front office software, and the ability to handle cash or credit transactions. The job involves light physical work, including exerting up to 20 pounds occasionally and assisting with luggage that may require exertion of up to 50 pounds. Long hours standing are expected.
