Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to guest inquiries and providing accurate information and services.
  • Greeting guests and completing check-in procedures.
  • Facilitating check-out and closing guest accounts.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Answering inquiries, accepting reservations, and promoting hotel services.
  • Operating PBX equipment for calls and guest services.
  • Maintaining friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Mathematical aptitude, cash handling knowledge, and familiarity with computerized systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations tactfully.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to read, operate computers, calculators, and telephones.
  • Stand for 90% of shift, occasional bending, lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Reach all hotel areas to assist guests.

Work Environment:

  • Indoor, climate-controlled, predominantly standing work.
