As a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities include:
Education/Formal Training: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: None required.
Knowledge/Skills:
Physical Demands: Ability to read written communications, operate computers and phones, stand for long periods, reach all hotel areas, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Environment: Mostly indoor work in a climate-controlled setting, with prolonged standing and some mobility required.
