Responsibilities: Welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, assign rooms, and answer general inquiries to ensure an excellent stay.

Requirements:

  • Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal but willing to train the right customer service professional.
  • Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack).
  • Excellent communication, listening, reading, and writing skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Spanish, preferred.
  • Flexible schedule for days, weekends, and holidays.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and effective people skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas using technical or professional language.
Pay rate is $18.81 per hour. Note: This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer; employment benefits are managed by a third-party company.
