Pyramid Global Hospitality, The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection in Cincinnati, is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver warm, attentive service to every guest from arrival through departure.

You will assist with luggage, escort guests, explain hotel amenities, coordinate with the front desk, and ensure a personalized welcome. A friendly, engaging personality and at least one year in customer service are required.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest with each guest.
• Greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage as needed.
• Escort guests to the front desk for check-in and to their rooms.
• Explain hotel amenities and local area details during the stay.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized entrance and collaborate with team to deliver WOW experiences.

The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel/resort, the Guest Services Agent assists with the unloading of guest’s luggage and provides a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area as they assist the guest to their room.If you are a person who enjoys engaging with people from all over the world and making meaningful connections, as well as taking steps to “WOW” people, we want you! The bell person/ guest services attendant will welcome each guest to our hotel.If guests are arriving by motor vehicle, you will open their door as you welcome them to the resort/hotelYou will be escorting and orienting the guest to the front desk for check-in.You will park and retrieve guests vehicles as requestedUpon check-in, you will escort the guests and their luggage to their room.
