Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Morning Restaurant Server for The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection in Cincinnati. You will greet guests, present menus, and guide them through the culinary journey with accurate order taking and friendly service.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in food service, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests and guide them through the menu.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff and kitchen/bar teams.
• Ensure timely, accurate bill presentation and guest satisfaction.
