Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience or training preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and time management are essential.
• Excellent listening and communication skills are important for guest interactions and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: Greet, register, issue room keys, and assist guests to ensure an exceptional arrival and departure experience.
• Guest Service: Answer and transfer calls promptly and politely, ensuring high service levels.
• Attention to Detail: Monitor lobby/areas for cleanliness, maintain front desk records, complete reports, process invoices.
• Positive Energy: Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude and contribute to a fun team environment.
• Problem Solving: Listen effectively to resolve guest concerns quickly.
