Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC's Hilton Garden Inn-Buffalo Airport is hiring a Front Desk Agent at our Cheektowaga, NY location. You will greet guests, perform check-in/check-out via the property management system, handle cash and cards, and provide information about hotel services with a focus on guest satisfaction.

We offer a competitive pay range of $17.00-$18.00 per hour, weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow within our 50-hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred.
• Hilton experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.
• Must have valid drivers license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval .

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, complete the check- in/ check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property
• Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system. Updates and cancels reservations in the system as requested by the guest.

We are looking for a front desk agent to join our Team! Our Hilton Garden Inn is moments away from Buffalo airport and many Buffalo attractions. Find us across from Buffalo Niagara International Airport, with a free airport shuttle available 24/7 for our guests. The Buffalo Zoo and the University of Buffalo are under eight miles from our hotel. We host many events as our event space can host up to 300 guests. The Hilton Garden Inn has 158 guest rooms/suites and we offer onsite dining at our Garden Grille & Bar where we serve breakfast and dinner. A great stay and a great place to work. The Hilton Garden Inn/Buffalo- Airport is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include:
