Spire Hospitality LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate in Boulder/Broomfield to warmly welcome guests and ensure a seamless stay. You will be part of the front desk team delivering exceptional service from arrival through departure, contributing to memorable guest experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service, and basic MS Office skills. Prior hotel front desk or guest-facing experience is preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests
• Streamline the check-in and check-out process for guests
• Answer incoming phone calls with promptness and professionalism

Hotel Specific:

• Wage: $17.50 - $18.00

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbs
• Primarily standing for majority of shift

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred
• One year of experience working in customers service or a guest-facing role required
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
• Previous experience with Fosse PMS systems a plus.
