Job summary

Gamble Sands, located in Brewster, WA, is seeking a driven part-time Front Desk Agent within Troon’s global golf and hospitality platform. You will be part of a fast-paced property team that values guest service and operational excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and knowledge of lodging system applications. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, with benefits that may include healthcare and retirement options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post charges to guest bills accurately.
• Check guests in and out per procedures.
• Promote activities and events at the facility.
• Provide accurate information about the resort and surrounding area.
• Answer guest questions and provide directions.
• Account for cash, checks and credit card receipts.
• Maintain all printed folios and supporting paperwork.
• Activate emergency procedures when needed.
• Assist with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
• Answer the phone and direct calls as appropriate.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.

Gamble Sands, located in Brewster, WA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Front Desk Agent! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$17.50 - 18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately posts all charges to guest’s bills.
• Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
• Promotes activities and special events the facilities.
• Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
• Answers guest questions and provides directions.
• Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.
• Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
• Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
• Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
• Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of lodging system application.
