Job summary

Aloft Beachwood is seeking full- and part-time Front Desk Agents for the Beachwood, Ohio location. You will greet guests, check them in and out, distribute keys, and handle guest requests to ensure a smooth stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and check-out guests when they arrive and depart.

• Answer guests’ questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
• Perform regular bookkeeping duties.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests.

Aloft Beachwood is currently seeking full- and part-time Front Desk Agents to service their Beachwood, Ohio location. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest's requests.

Schedule:

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available


• 1st shift: 7AM - 3PM


• 2nd shift: 3PM - 11PM


• 3rd shift: Night Audit, 11PM - 7AM

The right candidate will have:

• Previous experience working a front desk in a hotel setting

Our Front Desk Agent will:

• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information


• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls


• Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs


• Perform regular bookkeeping duties


• Connect with housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
