Job summary

Courtyard Austin Northwest / Lakeline is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and set the tone for a memorable stay.

Join a fast-paced hospitality team that values guest service, clear communication, and teamwork; previous hotel experience is a plus but we train motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
• Experience with hotel PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer questions, provide local recommendations, and resolve guest concerns.
• Process reservations, payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and hotel leadership to ensure every stay exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Do
