What You’ll Do
  • Greet guests warmly during check-in and check-out
  • Process payments accurately and according to policy
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Complete daily shift reports and support night audit functions
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Communicate shift updates to team members and management
  • Handle reservations and maximize sales opportunities
  • Stay knowledgeable about systems and amenities to assist guests
