Job summary

Clary Sage College is seeking two Customer Relations Specialists for daytime hours (Mon-Fri 11:00–16:00) to deliver exceptional front-line service. You will greet visitors, answer calls, assist the admissions team, prepare documents, and manage filing while upholding professional standards and campus values.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associate preferred), at least two years of customer service, and strong computer skills (Google Workspace and MS Office).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience, front desk/administrative experience preferred.
• Professional attitude, appearance, exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
• Computer literacy with internet, email and office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the public, in person and on the phone.
• Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone system, and transfer messages.
• Support Admissions with emails, visits, and walk-ins from prospective students.
• Print documents, prepare materials, and maintain efficient filing systems.
• Handle deliveries, mail-outs, and maintain front desk supplies.
• Interact daily with students, management, vendors, and staff to reflect college values.
