Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Up to 1 year of related experience or training is preferred.
• Demonstrated computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare charts for admission of patients.
• Admit patients and process paperwork accurately.
• Update patient demographics in PAS system.
• Ensure forms/documents are signed per guidelines.
• Complete Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire when Medicare is primary.
• Collect payments and document in billing records.
• Prepare reports for upcoming surgery schedules.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and route as needed.
