Compass Real Estate is seeking a full-time in-office administrative assistant for multiple @properties offices in Chicago, IL, with Glenview as home base. The role supports agents and office operations, handling visitors, calls, MLS tasks, and scheduling.
Candidates typically have 1–2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED. Real estate experience is a plus, with a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities within Compass.

The salary pay range for this position is $19.00 to $21.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
