Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. is seeking a detail-focused Front Desk Administrator to join the Women’s Business Center team in Phoenix. The role blends on-site and remote work depending on class and event schedules, and requires excellent communication with clients and visitors.
You will greet guests, manage calls and emails, maintain client records in the CRM, and support program staff to keep daily operations running smoothly. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

CPLC Prestamos offers loan products, business consulting services, and investment opportunities across Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas.
You will provide essential administrative and front desk support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Women’s Business Center. This includes serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing communications, and supporting program staff.
