Job summary

Elite Fitness Club is seeking a proactive front desk associate in Farmington, CT to deliver outstanding member service and support club operations. The role involves greeting members, checking in guests, handling phone inquiries, and promoting memberships and services.

You will coordinate with staff to relay event information, assist with retail sales, and ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere at all times. This position requires reliability and a strong customer-service mindset.

• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in.

• Maintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcome.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Sell retail products.
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc.
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures.
• Know club facility, services, and schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
• Opening and closing duties.
