Urology Centers of Alabama is seeking a Medical Front Desk Clerk to be the first point of contact at UCAs clinics. You will greet patients, assist with check-in at kiosks, collect documents, input data into the EMR system, prepare files for visits, and coordinate with physicians and nurses to ensure patients are ready to be taken back.
You will also schedule follow-up appointments and provide instructions for imaging or other services, while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA and UCA
