FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a rapidly growing skincare brand in California seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to be the first impression at our store. You will create warm guest experiences, greet clients, manage the front desk, and support daily operations while upholding our brand standards.

In this role you will educate guests on services and products, drive retail sales, maintain appointment schedules, assist with inventory and trainings, and contribute to a collaborative, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest service or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
• Salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, and skincare products.
• Recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products.
• Support daily operational tasks and front desk responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory awareness and communicate low stock levels to management.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual standards are maintained throughout the store.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standards.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing education opportunities.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and board compliance standards
