Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist who will be the first impression of the brand. This role supports daily operations, drives retail sales, and maintains brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will educate guests on services, memberships, and skincare products, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience and a well-organized appointment schedule. Strong communication and customer service are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest service or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
• Salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, and skincare products.
• Recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products.
• Support daily operational tasks and front desk responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory awareness and communicate low stock levels to management.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual standards are maintained throughout the store.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standards.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing education opportunities.
