Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ service standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals during paid work hours (memberships, products, add-ons).
• Manage client flow, check-in/out, and keep appointments running smoothly.
• Record time worked and comply with California break requirements.
• Support housekeeping, inventory, and positive guest experiences.
• Assist with in-store promotions and event support as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and team collaboration.
