Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Shift lead, leader, crew lead, team lead, supervisor, AGM or other restaurant management role is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill duties of the Service Team while supervising progress and activity with guests.
• Communicate with Culinary staff to ensure food is served fresh, hot, and timely.
• Refer to the Service Team Member job description as part of your position.
• Maintain fresh, stocked, and professional drink machines and cold case.
• Maintain cashier areas.
• Manage flow of Service Team Members and Specialists for maximum shift efficiency.
• Schedule Service Team staff.
