ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is looking for Crew Leads / Shift Leads / Supervisors FOH & BOH in Palo Alto, California. The role encompasses full responsibility for the restaurant in the absence of the GM and Culinary Lead. Offering a salary of $17.00/hr plus tips averaging $3-$5 hourly.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in restaurant management or as a team leader, ensuring that service team members perform optimally and that missions are fulfilled efficiently.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Shift lead, leader, crew lead, team lead, supervisor, Assistant General Manager (GM, AGM), General manager or other restaurant management job highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the Service Team Members while supervising their progress and activity with the guests throughout the day.
• Communicate on behalf of Service Team to Culinary staff to ensure food comes out fresh, hot, and in a timely manner to our guests.
• Refer to the Service Team Member job description and acknowledge that it is part of your position.
• Ensure that all products in the drink machines and cold case are fresh, stocked, and looking professional.
• Ensure the maintenance of all areas for cashiers.
• Manage the flow of Service Team Members and Specialists to ensure maximum efficiency throughout the shift.
• Anticipate the needs of the Service Team staff so that the store functions seamlessly with positive energy.
• Schedule Service Team staff.
