Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises is seeking talented cooks to join our back-of-house team. You will prepare menu items from our recipe manual, plate dishes, and maintain station readiness throughout shifts, while following safety and sanitation policies.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency in reading recipes and POS orders. Training and growth opportunities are available within a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to read recipes and food labels.
• Able to read POS ticket orders and communicate effectively.
• Pass food safety certification and work in a hot, damp kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety and sanitation policies.
• Prepares menu items per recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Rotates products and maintains par levels to avoid disruption.
• Performs prep tasks and sets up stations as needed.
• Transports items to and from kitchen and assists with deliveries.
• Keeps kitchen area clean during shift and at closing.
