Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience, including prep.
• Attention to detail and pride in a product made the right way.
• Ability to stay accurate and calm when it’s busy.
• Reliable, on-time, and ready for early-morning or overnight production shifts.
• Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting/moving ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (or willingness to get certified).

Responsibilities

• Prep, scale, measure, and prepare ingredients for daily production.
• Prep, mix, and cut cake doughnuts — preparing components, mixing batter, and cutting to spec.
• Prep, mix, proof, and cut yeast doughnuts — managing dough from scratch through proofing.
• Fry doughnuts to a perfect finish, then glaze, fill, and top them to standard.
• Maintain consistency in taste, look, and weight across batches.
• Keep a clean, safe station and follow all health standards.
• Communicate clearly and support the line during rushes.
