Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience, including prep.
• Attention to detail and pride in a well-made product.
• Ability to stay accurate and calm during busy periods.
• Dependable and punctual, with readiness for early-morning or overnight shifts.
• Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting/moving ingredients and equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices or willingness to get certified.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients and components accurately for daily production.
• Prepare and cut doughnuts across stations, batch after batch.
• Fry doughnuts to a perfect finish, glaze and top per standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, look, and weight across batches.
• Keep a clean, organized, and food-safe station; follow health standards.
• Communicate clearly and support the line during rush periods.
