Job summary

Lees Marketplace in Utah is hiring a Donut Artisan to craft high-quality artisanal donuts during early morning/overnight hours. You will follow detailed Lees recipes, design toppings, and ensure precision in every donut.

In a fast-paced kitchen, you will restock displays, manage inventories, and collaborate with teammates to uphold our reputation for exceptional products. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Food Handler's Permit required (can be obtained after hired).
• Availability: 2:00am-10:00am any day Monday-Sunday including weekends/holidays.
• Retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Drive and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Produce, fry, decorate, package, and maintain donuts per recipes and quality standards.
• Display and restock donut products; keep shelves fresh, rotated, faced and clean.
• Maintain accurate food inventories.
• Attend trainings and complete orders through digital and in-person processing.
• Collaborate with team in fast-paced kitchen environment.
