Sidecar Doughnuts in Salt Lake City is seeking a Shift Lead to guide daily operations, uphold our high standards, and grow a talented team. You’ll own the shift, protect guest experience, and coach teammates to excel.

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or bakery preferred, ideally in a lead role.
• Experience training and developing a team.
• Eye for what meets the standard and the confidence to enforce it.
• Experience managing product, ordering, and waste against a target.
• Ability to spot opportunities to grow the business and act on them.
• Coachable and team player who thinks in 'we' over 'I'.
• Self-motivated and ready to take on more responsibility.
• Stay poised under pressure and be mindful of guest and team needs.

• Own the shift and run day-to-day operations so the store runs the same with or without a manager.

• Complete orientation, training, ordering, invoices, and time audits accurately.
