Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a co-op in the Financial Reserves Management (FRM) team based in Boston. You will support reporting, client presentations, and prospect work while partnering with investment professionals to gain exposure to fixed income and private markets.

The program runs for December 2026/January 2027 start, with cross-functional collaboration across Client Platform, Legal, Compliance, and Portfolio Management. Northeastern students only are eligible.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented role with deadlines and a need to learn quickly.
• Strong written and analytical work.
• Experience or comfort with internal systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Support in preparing presentation materials and client/prospect collateral.
• Collaborate with relationship, product, portfolio management, legal and compliance teams.
• Assist with strategic projects and KPI reporting.
• Pitch in during peak periods and manage multiple assignments.
• Analyze industry trends and develop client/competitor analyses.
