Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in banking.
• Customer service and high-volume cash handling experience.
• Ability to attend events, visit branches, and call on clients to perform essential sales functions.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions timely and accurately including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, stop payments, blocks, wire transfers, remittances, and opening of new accounts.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and cross-sell effectively.
• Open, close, and update customer accounts with proper documentation.
• Cross-sell bank products and service customer transactions, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Maintain cash drawer, balance cash, and adhere to cash handling limits and over/short policy.
• Support branch objectives by engaging customers and pursuing sales opportunities.
