• Welcome customers at PointBank in Frisco and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Assist customers with transactions and questions.
• Identify opportunities to support customers' financial goals through referrals and conversations.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and support branch sales initiatives.
• Conduct outbound calls to grow the branch.
• Process commercial and consumer transactions with accuracy and compliance.

What You Will Do

You will be the welcoming face of PointBank in Frisco. Every day you will provide prompt, efficient, friendly service while helping customers with transactions, answering questions, and solving problems with confidence and care. You will identify opportunities to support customers’ financial goals through referrals and conversations that build trust and deepen relationships.

Your Impact

• Support customers with everyday banking needs
• Open, close, service and support all PointBank accounts and products
• Promote and refer banking solutions that help customers reach their goals
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and support branch sales initiatives
• Conduct outbound phone calls to grow the branch
• Process commercial and consumer transactions with accuracy and compliance
