Job summary

Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL is seeking a part-time Receptionist to cover every other weekend, 3pm-11pm on Saturdays and Sundays. You will greet residents, families and visitors, answer calls, and facilitate packages and mail while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting. This role supports a caring, resident-focused community with a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor life safety equipment and respond appropriately to alerts and notifications.
• Coordinate telephone communications throughout the community.
• Receive, organize, and coordinate mail and package deliveries.
• Welcome and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to residents, families, and guests.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized reception area.
