Job summary

Monarch Landing, a premier senior living community in Naperville, IL, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to work every other weekend from 3pm to 11pm, serving residents, families, visitors, and staff with a welcoming, professional demeanor.

As the first point of contact, you will monitor life safety equipment, coordinate calls, manage mail deliveries, greet guests, and perform light clerical duties while keeping the reception area neat and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with a diverse group of people.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist to work every other weekend, 3pm-11pm Saturday/Sunday, providing friendly, professional service to residents, families, visitors, and team members.

What You’ll Do

As a Receptionist, you will serve as an important first point of contact for our community. Responsibilities include:

• Monitor life safety equipment and respond appropriately to alerts and notifications.
• Coordinate telephone communications throughout the community.
• Receive, organize, and coordinate mail and package deliveries.
• Welcome and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
