Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our welcoming team on Saturdays and Sundays (3pm–11pm). You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff, delivering friendly, professional service in a busy senior living community.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks.

We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist to work every other weekend, 3pm-11pm Saturday/Sunday, providing friendly, professional service to residents, families, visitors, and team members.

What You’ll Do

As a Receptionist, you will serve as an important first point of contact for our community. Responsibilities include:

• Monitor life safety equipment and respond appropriately to alerts and notifications.
• Coordinate telephone communications throughout the community.
• Receive, organize, and coordinate mail and package deliveries.
• Welcome and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
