Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a genuine smile and positive attitude
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions to provide accurate information
• Handle guest complaints professionally or escalate to the manager when necessary
• Assist with running food, delivering and refilling guests' drinks
• Guide guests to tables and present menus
