Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking friendly Sales Associates to greet customers, run the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe in all weather. You’ll handle lottery, alcohol, and age verification while delivering helpful, efficient service.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement within the organization. Prior retail experience is a plus, but training is provided to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• Age 18+
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Be prepared to work hard and stay on your feet
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
• Basic math skills required
• Capable of lifting 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Friendly demeanor and welcoming
• Detail-oriented
• Reliable and responsible
• Flexible and adaptable
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register with accuracy and speed
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification compliance
• Upsell customers to increase sales when possible
• Keep the store inside and outside clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps, and lot area
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain fresh, full merchandise
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including sweeping, mopping, windows, and entryways
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Be a team player and assist wherever needed
