The role requires 3–5 years in construction/project management, solid financial acumen, and strong collaboration with on-site teams. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in project management or construction management.
• Experience independently managing small to medium-scale projects ($250K–$1M).
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to clients and executives.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with project scheduling tools.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium projects from initiation to closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Procure general contractors and vendors; negotiate contracts within authority.
• Chair project meetings; manage change orders and client communications.
• Develop and monitor budgets; prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Maintain project files and ensure compliance with standards and codes.
