Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or another customer-facing revenue role.
• Ability to prospect, build relationships, negotiate, and close business.
• Strong sales instincts and confidence discussing price and value.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new wholesale buyers.
• Build relationships with existing buyers to generate repeat business.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize revenue across wholesale transactions.
• Evaluate inventory based on condition, specifications, buyer demand, and current market value.
• Find buyers and sales opportunities for a wider variety of technology and equipment.
• Partner with Operations to group inventory into marketable wholesale lots.
• Establish guidelines with Operations for which products should move through wholesale channels.
• Provide timely pricing for unusual equipment and support internal teams with client quotes and valuations.
• Help determine when resale value may support reducing or waiving client pickup fees.
• Manage wholesale orders from buyer commitment through shipment.
• Maintain accurate buyer, pricing, and transaction records.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, recovery value, and the overall buyer experience
