You will manage Google and Facebook campaigns, optimize tracking, and report on performance. This is a full-time, on-site position with a base salary of $60,000 plus a monthly bonus up to $1,000 (up to $72,000/year).

Qualifications

• 5+ years running paid Google and Facebook lead-gen campaigns personally.
• 2+ years lead-gen experience in home services or trades.
• Comfort being judged on cost per lead and booked appointments.
• Working knowledge of SEO and practical AI marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max).
• Manage Facebook/Instagram lead ads: audiences, creatives, forms, retargeting.
• Implement trusted tracking from click to call, booked appointment, sale (GA4, Tag Manager, offline conversions).
• Maintain a weekly scoreboard: spend, CPL, booked appointments, and changes.
• Develop landing pages and follow-up automations to convert clicks into appointments.
• Assist in SEO and Google Business Profile to win free leads and improve visibility.
