Job summary

Infinite Roofing is hiring a Digital Lead Generation Manager for on-site work in Fresno, CA. You will own and optimize Google and Facebook lead campaigns, focus on paid performance, and be measured by booked appointments and cost per lead. This is a full-time, on-site position with a base salary plus monthly bonuses.

You must reside in the Fresno/Clovis area and have 5+ years of hands-on experience; remote applications will not be considered. No relocation or visa sponsorship is offered.

Qualifications

• MANDATORY: 5+ years running paid Google and Facebook lead-gen campaigns with demonstrable results.
• At least 2 years of lead-gen experience in home services or the trades.
• Comfort being judged on cost per lead and booked appointments.
• Working knowledge of SEO and practical AI marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max).
• Manage Facebook/Instagram lead ads: audiences, testing, lead forms, retargeting.
• Track clicks to calls, bookings, and sales with GA4/Tag Manager; report progress weekly.
• Create landing pages and follow-up automations to turn clicks into appointments.
• Support SEO and Google Business Profile to capture free leads; use AI tools for copy and reporting.
