This full-time role offers ownership of your territory and the opportunity to drive meaningful growth.

You’ll meet with referral partners, present services, and manage CRM data while implementing marketing strategies with agency leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by expanding Focus Home Health’s referral network.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community providers.
• Promote Focus Home Health’s full range of clinical services.
• Work with agency leadership to execute marketing and growth strategies.
• Maintain referral source activity and account data in CRM.
• Manage a structured territory plan with regular visits.
• Develop and execute quarterly sales and growth strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
