Job summary

Nysurgeon is seeking a Healthcare Sales Director to lead growth and enrollment in the Fresno market for a growing healthcare organization implementing the PACE care model. This position will develop a high-performing team and drive measurable enrollment results to improve access to care for seniors.

The role requires using Salesforce, reports, and performance data to set priorities, manage projects, and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of supervisory experience required
• Strong people leadership and performance-management experience required
• Strong Salesforce experience required
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Experience leading within a data-driven organization preferred
• Ability to translate reporting and performance data into clear priorities and actions
• 2+ years of senior healthcare services growth/enrollment experience preferred
