Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 18+
• HS Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Customer service and communication skills
• Computer systems knowledge (Telxon, ACR, label machine)
• Reading and writing skills
• Planning and organizing skills

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service and answers questions about products
• Prepares, packages, and merchandises fresh products daily
• Maintains department cleanliness and food safety/sanitation standards
• Rotates, weighs, labels and prices products; assists in various department areas as needed
• Takes orders and uses upselling techniques to support sales goals
• Operates or assists with department equipment and tools as required
