Job summary

Daily duties include merchandising across Produce, Seafood, Market, Floral and Aguas teams as needed, with opportunities to upsell and share product knowledge with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to operate basic retail equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service and assists customers with selections.
• Prepares, packages, and merchandises fresh products daily.
• Rotates products, labels items, and scans for inventory accuracy.
• Maintains food safety and sanitation standards in the department.
• Merchandises products effectively and uses suggestive selling to raise sales.
• Performs department-specific tasks across Aguas, Floral, Market, Produce and Seafood as needed.
